Do I get a discount for having a smaller dog?

We do not offer discounts for smaller dogs.  It’s more difficult to locate and scoop the poo of a smaller dog, than it is the poo of a larger dog.

What happens if we go on vacation and do not need our scheduled services?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice if services will not be needed, in order to make the necessary scheduling changes. A discount will be provided for the weeks missed, on your invoice. Regular charges apply if less than 24 hours notice is given.

Do I need to be home / keep the dog's inside when you service our yard?

No, as long as the dogs are well behaved and will not harm our staff we would love to have them in the yard with us. The information we collect from you upon sign up will help us determine if this is necessary or not.

How can I pay you?

We accept cash, personal cheques, Debit, Visa, MasterCard & E-transfers. Recurring service customers must make payments in advance of the following month's services, unless a special arrangement has been made with us. A 2% administration fee will be applied to credit card transactions.

What happens during bad weather?

Sometimes, weather doesn't cooperate in allowing us to provide our regular services as planned. In such a case, we will do our very best to provide uninterrupted service, please be patient with any delays. You may choose to have services delayed a week in bad weather, with 24 hours notice. We will not charge for missed weeks due to weather conditions, and service will resume the following week as scheduled. Heavy rain can really "dampen" our ability to pick up poo, but snow is not stopping us! During the winter, we continue your weekly service.

Should I unlock my gate?

Our staff is not allowed to climb or jump over fences, please make sure that we can gain access to your yard on your service day. You may provide us with a key to the lock or tell us the combination if that will be convenient for you. If we cannot gain access to your yard on your scheduled service day, regular charges will still apply.  

Are there any contracts I have to sign?

No. We can start and stop your service over the phone. We do not require contracts, and there is only 24 hours’ notice required to cancel service.

What happens to the waste?

The waste we collect from your yard is double bagged and disposed of, as per municipal standards, in the city's landfill.

What do you mean by 'Satisfaction Guaranteed'?

We promise that you will get the service you expect, or you don’t have to pay for it! We know our business depends on doing excellent work, and it’s that quality on which we stake our success. We strive to provide perfect service under normal conditions*; if there is ever a time that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know within 24 hours. We will make it right, either by re-servicing within a day, or by crediting your account for the service.

What do you mean by 'Normal Conditions'?

Normal conditions would be a lawn that is cut on a regular basis and free of excess debris or leaves.
